If you have gotten on the internet before and suddenly cannot, it is likely you have a virus. Hopefully you have anti-malware software. If not you may have to download it to a USB drive from another person's computer. Log into safe mode and run it. If you cannot get into safe mode and install the software, there are other fixes I found through google searches but took many hours of my time. Hopefully an expert will answer and help you. If you have not gotten on the internet ever before, it is likely a setup issue.
