A:AnswerI can set the thermostat down to 40F for heating. Obviously I couldn't test the furnace at the moment but the thermostat appears to be able to handle that low temp.

Tap settings, then tap the down arrow until preferences can be seen, tap preferences, then locate the backlight option. Under this option, you can choose the backlight setting in rest mode. Meaning, the screen will full bright when touched, and after a delay will tike out to your preset backlight setting

Best buy won't tell you that nor Honeywell. Go to you tube and watch how to install it. If you already have 24v C wire the it should take you about 15 minutes max. If you don't about 1 to 3 hours
A:AnswerIt should, o and b are your reversing valve for the heat pump, however I did not see anything about a c, for the best operation it should have c hooked up as well. It actually wont work without the c wire.
A:AnswerHave you checked the wires at the unit itself? Make sure that the C wire is connected on the c terminal at the unit. I had this same problem and found that this was the issue.
