• A:Answer Call tech support. It will only allow you to get something from Micro Soft play store. I tried following the instructions for an hour then called tech support. It wouldn't work for him either. After about 20 minutes he got that control off. Also it is just for the S model.

Q: QuestionI purchased this laptop and it has Chrome OS Flex running system and not Windows 11 which is what I purchased. What am I missing here? Is Windows 11 now Chromes OS Flex? This runs as a Chromebook which is not at all what I was looking for.
