Q: QuestionI bought this laptop in September. I had been using it for virtual therapy, and then just basic Word usage. However it is already SO SLOW and it pretty much has to be plugged in to even turn on now. I haven’t downloaded anything, why is it DRAGGING?

Multiple things could be causing that issue such as an issue with the provider, the modem, the router, cables, updates, and a possible issue with the Wi-Fi card in the laptop. You can contact your provider to check with possibly issues with the network itself and contact HP Support to have them help troubleshoot the laptop.
