• A:Answer For any software you want to use, you will want to go to the publisher's site and make sure that the unit you are looking at meets at least the system requirements. Updates can change the requirements which can impact what settings you can use or if you can run the software at all. This unit is also in Windows 11 in S Mode which will block your ability to download third party applications. You would have to turn off S Mode which will lower some of the security on the device and S Mode cannot be turned back on. It also does not meet the minimum requirements for the Sims 4.

Keep in mind that this computer comes with Windows 11 in S mode, so all applications must be downloaded from the Microsoft Store unless you remove it from S mode.

Updates can change the requirements which can impact what settings you can run it on or if you can run it all. In the case of Roblox, this unit has Windows in S Mode. You would need to turn off S Mode to get it to run which reduce the security of the device and S Mode cannot be turned back on. Roblox also requires you to always be online, so the network you are on can also have an impact on the game.
