You need to contact Microsoft because the computer does not come with the program installed.

This gives you as the consumer the choice of which products you wish to have, instead of including them in the cost of the computer purchase. You can choose Office 365 for programs that include all the latest features in a yearly subscription or you can choose Office 2019 for access to the programs you need for the life of your laptop.
