Good question. Yes, the laptop comes with HP Global Warranty. When there are any defects in the product, you can contact HP Support that is available in Israel. RAM is not SSD. The hard drive can be SSD. You can install it yourself, but if you are not comfortable, it is best to have a professional install an SSD hard drive for you.
