“Purchased a few days ago. Upon setting it up got black screen of death, rebooted, seemed fine. But several Apps will not launch. Any suggestions, cause? Should I return to store? Afraid may be defective.”

Take back and have the Geek squad take a look, but mine worked great out of the box so it may have issues. Should not have to fix a new product in my opinion.
