• Thank you for the question. This Chromebook 14b-cb0033dx comes with a power cable/charger. A pen is not included, but you can purchase an affordable passive stylus/pen for use with this model.

• Depends on what Hp Chromebook. I think there would be one carrying with a pen, but other than that there’s many Chromebook brands that do come with screen pens, specifically of your liking.
