There IS a webcam! I read the same specs after I placed my order for my kids. I kept thinking about canceling the order but I wanted them to have them for online classes. When I picked up my chromebooks and we opened them I was ecstatic to find they have webcams! They are good quality for what the kids need for school and the microphone works great.
