“can i use 564 photo bal carthridge with my b209a hi i just both a photo value pack at best buy with a photo black cartridges but i cant find were to place the black photo cartridge. the original cartridge is bigger and the hole were it connect to the printer is different then thant the black photo.... please be gentle i am noth very familar with computer stuff... thank you for your answer”

No, the HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer (B209a) does not use the HP 564 Photo ink cartridge. This ink cartridge is only used by printers in the HP Photosmart Premium All-In-One Printer series. I apologize for the confusion.

So really you need to have two black ones. One is larger than the other, I finally found mine at Best Buy, The sales agent was so helpful..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On my copier the photo black goes under the bow tie above where the cartridge goes. Regular black goes on the right side as your looking at your copier, photo black goes on the left side.

The last one on the left end of the row is for the 564 Photo. The other black cartridge is a 564XL which fits into the far right end of the row..
