Q: Questioncan i use 564 photo bal carthridge with my b209ahi i just both a photo value pack at best buy with a photo black cartridges but i cant find were to place the black photo cartridge. the original cartridge is bigger and the hole were it connect to the printer is different then thant the black photo.... please be gentle i am noth very familar with computer stuff... thank you for your answer

• A:Answer No, the HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer (B209a) does not use the HP 564 Photo ink cartridge. This ink cartridge is only used by printers in the HP Photosmart Premium All-In-One Printer series. I apologize for the confusion.

The HP 564XL Original Ink Cartridges are high yield cartridges and contain more ink. They are considered as a cost effective purchase because the cost per page is lower then the standard HP 564 Original Ink Cartridges.

Q: QuestionThe HP 564 setup cartridge w/ the Black Pentagon.......It is thicker than the Photo ink Cartridge. Does that needs to be in place, for my color pictures to be printed. The ink in the cartridge is out, what other cartridge is needed? The same, which I cannot find or another HP 564 Photo Black cartridge, which is much thinner. • A:Answer HP ink cartridges should not be refilled. Refilled ink cartridges can leak in the printer requiring service that will not be covered under warranty. In addition, the print quality will suffer with refilled ink cartridges because the nozzles become clogged with this additional use.
