• Not always, you need to get the ink cartridge that was included in your manufacturer's manual that came with your printer. Just any cartridge by the same manufacturer will not always work.

• According to the information on the side of the 564XL package your model printer is not listed as one that is designed to use this ink cartridge. If you want to be really sure, call the customer support number 1 (800)474-6836.
