A:AnswerThank you for reaching out! Here are the expected print speeds in pages per minute: Black-Normal up to 8.5 ppm, Black-Draft up to 20 ppm, Color-Normal up to 5.5 ppm, Color-Draft up to 16 ppm. If you choose "Best" quality rather than Normal or Draft, this will significantly slow down these speeds. If you find that your printer is not matching these estimated speeds, I recommend reaching out to HP Support directly for troubleshooting.
A:AnswerThe easiest way to install the printer is to use the application provided from HP for a phone, I’m my case I’m using Apple but would assume Android works too.
HP makes it easy to join the same device using their your smartphone since this printer was designed to be used with your cell phone:
1. Download HP Smart for iOS.
2. Locate your printer with WI-FI on.
It will find your printer, select it and configure, which is also where it can be added to your home network.
Note: After adding the printer to your phone and configuring its network connection, it will appear on your home network.
In my case I have an Apple computer which makes it easy to add to it.
Using the Apple Menu, select System Preferences and locate the printer icon to setup your device.
The first window which opens reveals a search option via your home network. Select the (+) and select the printer from the list, and it should be automatically locate the updated driver the to install easily install onto your MacOS device.

A:AnswerI had the same problem. I forgot the site that I accidentally came upon. It was a chat and I had to give my phone no. The tech called me back and took over my computer, which everyone says not to let them do because of spyware. I did it anyhow. It took him a while and he said he couldn't install the drivers. He did fix it not knowingly. He did try to get me to buy something, but I refused. Then I took off what he put on to get on my computer.
