• It's a Wi-Fi printer so it connects like any Wi-Fi device, so I would look into the manual on how to set it up.

• Hello, as long as you are using the HP Smart app you can connect your printer easily. In addition, you can connect directly apart from the HP Smart app as long as you are connected on the same WiFi. If there are any connection problems this is a solution available: The most reliable way around this is to configure the 2.4Ghz channel on your router with a different SSID and only allow the printer to connect to the 2.4Ghz signal.
