• Hello, the best troubleshooting advice with this type of audio problem is to update the drivers, possible uninstall them and reinstall them from scratch, directly from the HP support website. Thank you for being an HP customer!

• I don't think it has speakers, I thought the same myself. But I ordered a sound bar from amazon for $20, I would say you should do the same
