• I don't know think so, with any printer you will need a Some form of wifi to connect it. Or if you have a computer Cable from your cable provider you could hook it up.

• No, you can't print without Wi-Fi. The iPhone 6 and the printer need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network in order for you to print from the phone.
