“Unable to set up printer with laptop I have a touch screen laptop and have updated to Windows 10. I purchased the HP Envy 4520 Wireless printer and went through the install process. It would not connect with the lap top. Any suggestions? It says I do not need a router and should work but I cannot get it to work. Please help!”

• I had to connect it using a cable for the first time. Try using the wired connection to first establish a connection then it should read it via wireless.

• You have to have wi-fi at your house to be able to connect. It works great with my IPad!
