- Answer You probably just installed them wrong, I put mine in and never had a problem, it does happen from time to time, but I would just try it again. Look at the little picture description and insert them exactly as pictured.

- Answer No, the printer automatically adjusts/sets ink levels. You can try adjusting the photos prior to printing, using selected HP photo papers and 1200 input dpi.
