“I have this printer, just got a display message - error in printing. It said remove & reinstall ink cartridges. Did that, still got the same message and I can't print anything. I installed new ink cartridges & still got the same message. Any suggestions??”

I recently bought this printer and was told that it took 74 ink, so when I installed it and got the error message I called HP .I was not aware that there was a 5540 and a C5540 and that the envy had taken the place of the C5540 and didn't use ink 74. When I brought the printer I took insurance. HP said that the ink cartridge had damaged the printer and it would always get the error , best buy said bring it back and gave me another one, it takes 62ink, and now works find .
