I saw an app only deal on my phone for this printer so I checked at a few reviews and went ahead and took a chance on it. It's a solid printer overall. It may not have a large color touch screen, and the footprint is a little bigger than I'm used to, but overall it works and functions as well as expected.

Doesn't operate as smoothly as my old 6520 but it gets the job done. Little of a problem with 2 sided printing but ho wizard fixed it. Had a hard drive problem also again used the ho wizard. ✔️

I just started a small business. We needed an up grade in a copier. And we found the ENVY 5540 perfect for our needs.

I love HP and when I saw this printer I had to have it.

I was excited to buy this printer after doing exhaustive research. Sadly, after setting it up I noticed a problem with the color printing. There were uniform streaks running every 1/2 inch or so. I convinced myself that this might go away or that I could live with it and forged onward. Then for no apparent reason the printer decided that it would only print in greyscale not color when the print command was made from any of the networked computers i.e. it printed in color from the printer itself. I went online and found that this was a known problem that HP hadn't resolved after several months. Thankfully I was within the two week return period and Best Buy took back the printer. I returned to my research and chose the Epson XP-640 which I am totally happy with.

Really enjoy the wi-fi capability. I print ftom my Samsung phone and my LG-8 tablet quite often. Also, the scanned copies look as good as the originals. Also very quiet while printing. Nice touch with 2 paper trays at once, 4x6 and letter size. Keep both loaded.

I like this printer because it uses ink that is less expensive than my old printer. It is fast and easy to use. It is quiet and compact.

I bought this for my daughter who does a lot of online classwork and needs to print things out all the time. It works beautifully and does the job and fast too! Easy to set up and can print from anywhere in our home, even outside across the street to the neighbors home! Love it!

To start with the Sales Associate was very helpful with answering our questions and explaining the differences in the machines. My wife had some concerns and the Sales Associate was able to help her put those all aside. I especially liked how the Sales Associate gave us their personal experience with different machines. The Printer we chose has performed nothing short of perfect. So much quieter that our old HP Printer. Ink usage has yet to be determined, but we are still using the cartridges that came with it, so I'd say it will be pretty good. Good Price for a Great Machine.

Printer is simple to use. It is much faster than my past printer. It is smaller in size which is a plus. I have copied and scanned on it already as well as print. Absolutely no issues. Easy access to get in to the cartridges

This printer has exceeded my expectations. It was easy to setup. It prints quick and clear. The menu is intuitive and easy to use.

I really love this HP printer. I bought it for my wife and daughter which is a college student. The printing is very clear and I love the ease of setting it up. Wireless is the way to go, so convenient.

I found this printer easy to use, great scanner, I enjoyed using this, the ink cartidges are easy to replace, good quality in printed items, compact fits perfectly on my desk.

This 3-in-1 meets my needs perfectly. It is easy to use, takes up little space, and provides clear color and black & white copies/printouts. The paper is stored inside the printer, not on an external tray, which I really like. This way animals and kids can't disturb the paper, and dust and animal hair do not land on the paper before it's used. Also, in certain printout format it is able to print double-sided thus saving paper and helping the environment. I'm so happy I bought this!

Good printer for the money, ink is reasonable. This is for personal intermittent use so price was good. Easy to set up and it prints from my iPhone.
