I replaced a HP Photosmart 5580 All In One printer with the HP Envy 5540. I had been looking at reviews for printers that were easy to set up, printer ink replacement cartridges that weren't going to cost as much as a new printer and compatible with my all my apple devices. Set up was easy. I am thrilled that I can print from my phone and other devices as well as scan old photos and copy documents to my devices.

Every HP I've owned over the past few years has died within the 1st to second year (and yet I still haven't gotten the Geek Squad protection...go figure). So far it's been working great and the print quality is excellent. This was at end-of-life so I got it at a great discount, but I'm pleased thus far. Hopefully it lasts awhile and the paper feeder doesn't become faulty. It's a basic printer with good functionality though, so even if it only lasts a year, it's a decent value.

This printer fits all my home use needs. Prints, scans, & copies. Setup was very easy with the quick start guide. Joined to home wifi network easily. Was able to print from iPhone as well as Windows 10 PC and Macbook Pro flawlessly. Printer can be left powered on and will go into sleep mode, and as soon as you send a print job, it prints immediately. So far, very pleased and I even purchased a second one for family member.

This is a great all in one printer. The clarity of the print of outstanding. Easy to register, easy to use. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new printer to make it wireless. The sale associate directed me towards this one. It is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and works great.

My fourth printer and the best are the HPs. Still have the original and still prints beautiful pictures. Very happy with this one too. Needed wireless and this fills the bill!

So easy to set up and use. The ink program spreads the ink cost out over time and sends ink when I'm running low without me having to do anything. I love it!

I love my new printer. Best part is when you can print from anywhere and print it to the home printer over the network. Great photos also when I print with photo paper.

This wireless printer works great. Relatively fast and uncomplicated. The scanning feature is also very good to have. The price was under $90 on sale and worth every $.

This was purchased for home for general printing use - set up was a breeze, it prints very fast - unlike my last Samsung printer this one is staying connected to my wireless network. Using the HP instant Ink program and so far love it - nice to have ink sent to me before I even need it so I won't run out - not sure how this does for pictures but again for just general printing it is hard to beat

Quality machine for the price. Fairly easy set up and the instant ink feature should be convenient only had it for a month but first cartridges have been mailed automatically.

After talking to HP rep in store, decided to purchase this unit. Output is excellent. Unit is quiet and fast. With HP ink will be very economical.

Needed a wireless printer for kids and adults alike. Everyone's phones and computers work great on this printer. Fast enough for our home use. Great picture.

Everything was so simple to get you started. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Sends alerts for upgrades and the print quality was outstanding.

Did my homework before I upgraded to a new printer/all in one. I decided this was the one. The HP - ENVY 5540 Wireless All-In-One printer is easy to set up and it runs great. I do have one comment. The paper tray and photo tray can be a bit confusing , but this is a good machine if you are just printing small documents. The photo quality is good .

I was amazed how good this printer printed, it was easy to setup and got the Wi-Fi real quick. am going to go buy another printer for my store.

The printer prints beautifully.The ink cartridges (only 2, that's great) load easily. Operation of copying and computer printing is easy. Takes up very little room and even looks good. And, the HP Instant Ink plan is an exceptional deal for someone who doesn't print too much during a 30 day period. All in all, we are very pleased with this purchase.
