Yes, I've printed both with the 4x6 paper tray and the 8.5 inch-wide tray using photo stock and had no jam or sticking. The quality wasn't the best, but maybe I don't have good enough images (low pixels)? I don't know why you would have a paper jam. I guess it works ok with copy paper? Try again? The 8.5 tray has movable plastic guides along the side that should be tightly pulled into the paper stock. Try one sheet at a time, Make sure it isn't curled up. Good luck.
