“I tried installing the cd that comes with the hp envy i5, but nothing happens once the cd is in the cd tray. Am I missing something?”

• This is not a "smart" answer, are you having the CD cover facing out? I found that there are two ways to access the CD. Go to "Computer" and access drive, or set the defaults on the CD drive to give you an option for use of the drive. You can also use a Roxio program to give you drive options.

• That CD is a backup of drivers only. There is no application on the CD
