“I'm trying to connect a second monitor to my PC and I'm using a USB C to HDMI cord and it keeps coming up with an error. I've tried two different cords and it does not work? Any ideas? I know the port works.”

• The USB Type C port on this model is for data transfer only, it will not work to connect a display.
