Loads quickly. No lagging/buffering. Really good graphics. Decent memory. I can run several tabs at once. I added a 2 TB External Drive to keep it running smoothly. Came with a small but usable wireless keyboard and a nice wireless mouse. I already had monitors. Great for surfing the web, zoom meetings and email. Not a gaming platform.

Purchased for music production and Zoom music performances. Definitely runs Ableton Live 9 and Studio One 4 with no performance problems. Custom built this unit into my live touring arranger workstation keyboard rig to run Zoom, Ableton Live, Microsoft Word and Acrobat Reader DC simultaneously. Runs all with no effort.

This pc is perfect for me. I use this for watching movies, tutorials,(Youtube, Hulu, Netflix) working on spreadsheets, writing emails, researching, Playing video games (Halo & Sims). Have not had any issues or lag even when I tend to have several things open. The Solid State Drive makes turning it on enjoyable, it’s loaded up within about 10 seconds. And it having plently of USB ports on the front and back for all my stuff is pretty great. And the perks of a desktop is it allowing me to use whatever monitor(s) I want and lasting longer than a laptop, as well as having room for growth, so if I ever do get more into gaming I can always up the graphics card. I’m happy with this purchase and have recommended it to others.

This desktop is great. It’s fast with lots of storage capacity. The only problem I’ve had with it was my own fault: I couldn’t find the power switch but my Geek squad support person quickly helped me resolve that issue and didn’t laugh at me.

Second PC I’ve bought at BB that did not even make it to the 1 year mark without it breaking down. Very irritating.

I've been using this HP-ENVY desktop with the Intel Core i5 chip for about 3 months now and it performs great! It's super fast for my work from home needs; it was easy to set-up; and is quiet. I love the fact that as soon as you turn it on, it's ready to go, no wait time for the screens to load or any delays with the behind the scenes applications. I bought this mainly for work, when I started working from home due to the pandemic. This desktop hasn't experienced any problems connecting into my work network and I haven't experienced any sluggishness.

It is smaller than most desktops and so far so good. It has more than enough memory and storage. Lots of USB ports and works real fast.

This is a replacement for an older all-in-one computer that had some hardware failures. I was looking for a fast processor, plenty of ports, excellent speed, large storage, adaptability, and ease of use. I got everything I wanted in this machine. Excellent for spreadsheets, message and email composition, syncing with multiple devices, speed and very fast processor, streaming, movies, fast web search, powerful computing scenarios, excellent creative and recording abilities, and photo creation and editing.

I needed to replace my aging Windows 7 desktop, so I figured I'd get a nice one since I only do this once in a blue moon. I decided on this HP Envy with a solid state hard drive and 12 GB memory. Smart move... it's super fast, quiet, reliable, and boots up like lightning. Highly recommend.

HP Envy is working great and so far I’m very satisfied. Fast and easy to connect and use. I was hesitating going back to a tower after an all in one but I’m glad I did. I recommend this model. Great value and quality.

So far I'm very happy with my new computer. It is much faster than my old one, has plenty of storage and fills my needs. I'm still adjusting to Windows 10, after using 7 since it came out, but I'm making progress. I had the Geek Squad set everything up for me and transfer everything from my old computer, which was a good decision on my part. They were quick and efficient, plus were able to answer all my questions. That was part of the total care package which I purchased along with the computer.

Amazing how much technology has advanced. I haven’t owned a desktop for about 10 years. I don’t use computers for gaming, I use other consoles. Instead, I’m a heavy computer user for productivity and professional purposes. I found that desktops had lost their value as the focus in tech shifted towards more mobile devices like a 2-1 laptop/tablet smart phones. I decided to get this for my son who is at that age where he needs it to do school work. Since I know a little about computing, I made sure to not just buy the basic lowest end model and components. I figured this would be a great medium range desktop that should last us at least a couple years. Sure enough, it completely exceeded our expectations to the point which I don’t Think I’ll look into needing to buy a replacement desktop for the next five years. Just a. Example, You push the power button and she is completely turned on and asking for your log-in in less that 3 seconds (verifies). On top of that, extremely affordable. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I am even considering using this for gaming now too. There’s plenty of USB ports 3.1 and Bluetooth 5.0, but there is only one usb-c port. Luckily, it is thunderbolt 3 tho, so you could easily just connect a dongle to give you additional ports.

Instead of paying over $1,000 for an apple with similar stats, I got this one for much less and the SSD is a huge upgrade. I highly recommend the 512 or larger drive but you can always add external drives/cloud services so you never run out of room. This is fast and windows 10 is great. I love the keyboard and the mouse is a little cheap feeling but works well for us. I have been very happy with this purchase!

I read about a process whereby computers can be programmed to transfer type from books, magazines, etc., to a computer electronically. This then allows the computer owner to use the computer to cut, paste, add language etc to the captured type from the books magazines etc, to your computer. You then have all of the benefits of the transferred type from the distant computer to your computer so as to rearrange te words to suit a new need not addressed by the language you cut and passed to your computer memory. It works well especially if you do not type well and need to cut and paste words from a typed or printed document to your computer for ease and clarity of paste and other use by you and your computer,. Great for school projects as well as advertising aids, and for speaking engagement, etc. Saves on typing; great on transferring snippets to a larger project; aids in business and school projects, including your own talks. Best Buy introduced me to this new approach. They were wonderful in helping me to use it for a book review I am preparing It works as a 180 degree direction of Dragon Naturally Speaking so that instead of letting Dragon software to only change speech into type, this allows one to use it to change typed material into modified printed words. How better to clip a snippet from a source, add your interpretation and how you will use it, then print the modified snippet for a new and different use, even if you do not type. S Phillip Brown

Had to replace a computer tower and this is just perfect for our needs. Very fast, easy set up, cd drive, many usb ports. It was a bit larger than the last one but fits the space perfectly. Have had many HP products so expect good quality from this one also. Best Buy had the best price so purchase and store customer service was great. Always compare prices and reviews so very happy with this purchase!

Reliability with HP, 12mb ram and 512 SOLID STATE drive makes this computer acceptably quick for the price. The Intel i5 2++ gig processor seems to be handling the load of anything thrown at it. (Recommend any computer you get to have a minimum of 12mbs ram and solid state drive with as close to 3 gigahertz + throttle capable processor - intel is working well for me). I'm no expert, but have worked with less and now see a world of difference that rids the frustration levels. Due to advantages/limitations of SSD, I also bought a 2TB external drive for storage and backup capability. SSD is preferred both ways (no moving parts that can fail. Helps processor work easier and faster) again, not an expert, simply learned the hard way over the years. -Cheers!
