I really like this HP ENVY desktop. I would love it if it was 1 TB hard drive instead of the 512 GB. But there is an additional slot so I was able to install my previous hard drive for added storage and easy transfer of data. The power button and access to the dvd/cd burner were tricky to find at first. I don't think there were as many useless programs pre-installed as on my previous computers. The wireless keyboard has a little different touch than I am used. And the function keys on the top row work differently because they now have additional actions like volume keys, desktop view, and screen brightness. To use the functions, I now have to press a fn key in addition to get the actions I am used to. It was not hard to learn, just different. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

work greats dont really like the dvd drive being sideways just added another faster drive

I've had this computer almost a month now and so far everything is working well. It's much faster than my old computer! The only negatives I have seen so far is on the CD tray, it seems a bit flimsy, but I do like how it it hidden away. The only other thing is very minor, but the "on" button is VERY narrow and sometimes difficult to press.

My new HP ENVY desktop is just what I needed for personal use. It was simple to setup and begin using once I got it home. The OS software (Windows 10) worked perfectly and all my peripheral equipment was recognized and installed automatically. It has plenty of memory and is fast enough processing and downloading.

I bought this computer (running Windows 10) to replace an old donated one we had at our office (running Windows 7), and the difference is remarkable. So much faster and easier to use! The platform takes some adjustment, but it's not hard to get up to speed pretty quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

Hard to find tower style computer not for gaming. But this one is great. Starts up in about 5 sec. I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Easier to use than I had thought. Plus I added a 2 terabyte Seagate drive. Also very easy to do with the help of YouTube. Overall very happy with this computer.

Great computer and very fast processor. I looked inside and realized that with a solid state drive and no traditional hard drive, the box is very empty inside. But don't be fooled, it is fast access and easy to use.

Bought this computer as a replacement for an HP in Windows 7 that was warning of an imminent hard drive failure. It was easy to set up with the existing monitor. Came with a new keyboard and mouse. Quickly connected with our wireless network. Computer is very fast due to SSD.

I love my new HP-Envy Destop Intel Corei5 It is amazing. Quick and easy to operate and everything runs smoothly I plan on getting another one for my other office and will utilize the services of the Geek Squad as they did an excellent job. Very pleased

This HP desktop does everything description says. It is very fast and boots in about 15 seconds. The 12Gig of Ram makes all programs open and respond very fast. Not into gaming but for everyday use with plenty of storage this PC is Excellent. Highly recommend.

This is a very fast computer for the price. Boot up takes less than 30 seconds every time. The OS never freezes. It comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard that I love. It handles video - both editing and playback - very well I would certainly buy it again. The only drawback is the power button, which is sorties a bit hard to press. Excellent buy.

I was watching this for some time for a price break. When it appeared, and it was a nice break, I jumped on it. I'm very happy with it.

Good compact tower USB ports light weight decent price point

This computer was suggested by the salesperson in the store, after he talked to me about what I wanted it for. I went home and researched a bit before deciding and ended up getting it, because it checked all of the boxes for me. It works great, lots of storage and its fast.

I've had this PC for a month now and have no complaints. Setup was easy and performance is very good. It even came with a wireless keyboard even though the BestBuy specs said it wouldn't. Being a Microsoft OneDrive user, I was fully up and running in about 20 minutes. I have dual monitors and would have preferred a second HDMI port, but VGA for the second monitor is acceptable. I think I could use a USB-C to HDMI adapter if I change my mind. Like most desktops, high speed USB ports are on the front, which isn't ideal for leaving an external drive connected or for that USB-C to HDMI adapter, but it's good enough. DVD is vertical in case you care.

So far, no problem popped up. Computer responds well without delay, the provided wireless keyboard key feels nice and wireless mouse responds well. 12 GB memory provides smooth operation and SSD provides quick boot and quite operation

easy set up. All of my wireless peripherals automatically connected. I needed to replace my windows 7. This windows 10 fills all my needs. it's fast and has plenty of storage. I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

Been reliable so far. There are only two negatives, the power button is a bit too small for my fingers. I could be a bit more prominent. The same goes for getting the DVD drive to eject is a bit awkward. With the SSD boot ups are nearly instantaneous

Went back to a Windows based computer after several years of using an IMac. The IMac only had 6 gigs of RAM and couldn't handle me using Photoshop or Lightroom. Very slow. This HP has happened both those programs flawlessly.
