“I have looked everywhere and I don't find how to open door on my cd drive????”

• The CD player is mounted vertically behind the upper left pleat in front of computer. Tap that pleat and the CD player opens.

• Front left. 2nd panel top. Tap and it should open.

• The CD/DVD drive door is located on the top half of the front of the desktop. On the 2nd panel from the left, press that panel. The CD/DVD drive will open. If you need further assistance, I would recommend reaching out to HP Support or Best Buy's Geek Squad.
