Stream the game you're playing? Possibly. Are you using a capture card or just using the screen recorder (never streamed from pc games always stream from my ps4 before i lost it) honestly I would suggest you use a computer with a ethernet port -hardline means better quality internet connection = less lagging or dropped frames when streaming but the processor is capable of handing streaming and i used to play rift without any issues
