Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is definitely only one memory slot. I took mine apart to see if I could upgrade it. The service manual states that it can only support 12gb, so I'm curious if anyone has installed more than 12gb.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Surface is aluminum, bottom cover (Underneath) is plastic. It does only have 1 RAM slot. As far as I know, this only can support single channel mode due to only having 1 slot. Unless there is some new feature of DDR4 to run a single RAM stick, in dual channel (2x4GB on 1 stick), which I have never heard of, it would be safe to assume single channel.
