• It can get hot. But for me it cools down fast. And yes, you can use it for light gaming, works perfectly fine with Overwatch, at 30 fps and graphics at 75%. Also with my steam games, (Nuclear Throne, Gmod..) and would do very well with online browser/flash games.

• No overheating issues for me. This thing does light gaming excellent, even a little more than that. I can run any current game at playable frame rate. I keep it on one of those cheap coolermaster fan pads and it never gets hot no matter how much gaming I do. Runs Far Cry 4 and Fallout 4 very well.
