• Yes, you can transfer pictures and such to the computer. You can either connect the phone with the cable to the computer. Or you can upload or backup your photos and documents to a cloud service like OneDrive or Google Drive. Then you can access those items on the computer through that service. OneDrive and Google Drive do allow you to make folders in the file explorer for easy access.
