A:AnswerBest thing I’ve discovered to do is go directly into the store. Most stores are short staff and opened less hours than pre-covid but it seems to be the best and most efficient use of time. Tech support was in another country when I was able to get through and it didn’t help at all.
A:AnswerHi Sammy, thank you for the question. Generally, laser printers are not designed for use with thicker card stock. For example, the LaserJet M283fdw supports up to 59 lb (24 lb through the feeder). For thicker media types, inkjet printers are almost always going to be better. See the OfficeJet Pro 9015e, that supports up to 110lb cardstock.
A:AnswerHi Casey, thank you for asking. The LaserJet Pro M283fdw will be the same as the M283cdw. The M283cdw is version you will find at club stores like Costco or Sam's Club.
A:AnswerThe m283dfw printer with genuine HP 206A cartridge started fading around 800 pages of normal black printing. After the first cartridge's short life i wrote down every page amount. 853 pages and text is so light in places it is barely readable. Expensive cartridges should last as long as advertised. 1300? Im getting less than 2/3 what i paid for. Its not even close.
