A:AnswerHave you made sure the ink cartridge is inserted properly. Take a non-fibrous material (like the ones that come with eye glas cleaners) and clean the contacts on the ink cartridge, make sure not to use anything else, it will interfere with the connections. One last thing to try, make sure there isn’t anything clogging the holes between the ink cartridge & the printer, you can wipe these with paper towel, be gentle though. Good Luck!
A:AnswerIt will scan to PDF but not SEARCHABLE PDF, which makes it fairly useless, you might as well just save to a jpeg or other image file. I'm so frustrated. If there IS a way to save to a searchable PDF, I'd like to know what it is.
A:AnswerThe 5255 is certainly the step up from the 3830. The 5255 adds more reliable wireless AC and Dual band capabilities. It also has a hidden paper tray versus the 3830 which leaves the paper exposed.
