It sounds like there could be an issue with your printhead, perhaps you were not leaving your printer powered on for maintenance or did not print very often. It seems a perhaps the Cyan nozzles could be blocked. Try a print quality report and see if certain colors are missing or there are visible lines in the print sheet, then contact HP Support.
