“I checked online for HP 564 cartridge compatible printers since I had just purchased a complete array of these. Your website listed the Officejet Pro 6968 as being compatible. I get home to set up and it is not compatible with the 564 cartridge. Scammed!!”

• Where does it show this model as compatible? HP does not make any current models which use the HP 564 ink.

• The supported ink cartridges for CMYK (ALL) are 902/902XL and for K (Black) only refill is 902/902XL/906XL
