QuestionI just bought a OfficeJet Pro 6975 which is in the same family. I am running Window vista. When trying to download driver from CD or on line,I am told there is not one. Why is that?

- Answer Windows Vista is not supported by Microsoft so there won't be any available drivers. I would upgrade your OS.

- Answer Not sure on surface as I don't own one; however, it works with my PC laptop, my wife's Mac, and my iPhone. So I would think you're good to go.

- Answer Some of our modern printers are not compatible with the older Mac OSx. 10.8 is typically the minimum.
