Can you fax wirelessly with this printer? null

You can fax with this printer, but faxing is done through a phone cord which needs to be plugged into a phone jack.

Can the 2nd paper tray hold business size envelopes? I hate to have to change out paper for envelopes when I want to print an envelope.

If you have a landline attached to the printer, you should be able to send the information from your computer to the printer wirelessly.
