This model absolutely has a 60hz display. The parts build sheet lists the panel as "LCD RAW PANEL 15.6'INCH FHD 60Hz"

Please try again later.If you go to HP's website and configure this system, the only two display options for an Intel® Core™ i7-8750H + NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 6 GB GDDR5 laptop are: 15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) or 15.6" diagonal 4K IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (3840 x 2160) So . . . I'm not sure why the person from the "HP Team" answered that it is only 60 Hz?
