Hi Sanders, thank you for the question. The Pavilion 14-ek0013dx official HP specification indicates that the memory is "onboard", meaning soldered. There is one slot, occupied by an 8GB stick. While it can be upgraded, due to the Li-ion battery, we suggest that all upgrades be performed by professional technicians.
