Hello, Mark. Thanks for your question. This HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ek0013dx has a microSD card slot. Not an SD card slot. There is no maximum size. It just needs to be in the microSD card format. You can use an external USB SD card reader with this laptop.

This unit can only accommodate a mini sd card, so you should be fine to use, I believe the current maximum size on the mini is either 64gig or 128gig

I use an SD card that is 1000 kajillion gigabytes.
