• If you flat screen has a vga input then YES. granted it won't be in full HD but it WILL be in dvd quality or what is known as HD READY.

• I am not sure. This computer only has a VGA or DVI monitor input. My first thought would be to contact your Best Buy Geek Squad for the answer to your question.

• If the connections on the PC match the connections of the TV then yes you can use the TV as a monitor.
