- Answer That happened to me too, and I freaked out. My computer was receiving updates. So the monitor went to sleep because nothing was happening. Except that it was updating. Once all the updates installed (literally, like six hours later), everything ran just fine.

QuestionCan I toggle between Windows 8 and Windows 7?I can do this on my Dell desktop. I prefer Windows 7 but use Windows 8 for some things. Having the option of using either is very convenient.

Questioncan you hook a touchscreen monitor to this and if so howat the time i bought this i also bought an acer 23in touchscreen and for the life of me i cant figure it out. i did buy a dvi adapter to try that and i got nothing. please help

- Answer You need a computer with video controller with dvi output. analog to dvi adapter will not do anything.

- Answer I just purchased this unit and found it very simple to transfer files from my older Windows 7 tower to the Windows 8. Just ensure that you set up the new Windows 8 unit with the same account name and password that you used for your Windows 7 unit. Good luck!

- Answer Pictures, files, movies, documents, can all be transferred. Programs cannot be moved and must be repurchased or reinstalled - i.e. microsoft office suite AKA word excel powerpoint etc. Best Buy has a service called data transfer that will do this for you for $99.99. Ask a PC associate about it.

- Answer Yes minecraft does not take much in resources but if you to play anything better you would need to upgrade the graphics card and I would suggest another computer first

- Answer If you flat screen has a vga input then YES. granted it won't be in full HD but it WILL be in dvd quality or what is known as HD READY.
