- Answer Unfortunately, the Pvilion x360 models are too thin to accomodate a CD drive. You can purchase an external DVD/CD drive that connects by USB for convenience.

- Answer Hello, yes, the Best Buy Geek Squad can assist you with changing out the memory on your devices however this device is not accessible for upgrading the RAM due to having a solid state drive and 8GB or RAM making this a very fast laptop. You have 14 days to try the product and if you aren't completely satisfied with it you can exchange the device for another one. Thank you for being an HP customer!

- Answer The product page says a full-charged cycle can last 8 hours and 45 minutes for "mixed-use". It was great when I bought it, but now after 1 year of use, it can only last about 5 hours for document editing (basically school work).

- Answer You can install that software on this laptop. But AutoCAD software will not run well on this laptop. You will need to look at a model that has a dedicated GPU. QuestionSpecs say that the computer has two USB 3 ports, but the USB ports are not blue and they are not labeled with "ss." Are the two type A USB ports compliant with the USB 3 Standard data transfer rates? If so, why are they not blue or labeled with "ss?"
