Scanning to iPad? Can the printer scan photos and send them to an iPad? PC died and want to go with just an iPad and this printer, would be nice to be able to add old photos to Apple's iCloud using this printer/iPad.

you can scan photos as you would just scanning a piece of paper.

I use my IPad/apple.

To scan - there is an arrow to the right of the little screen that has some basic icons on it. Push it and it will talk you though the scanning process.

I can scan and send directly to e-mail.

Yes. You can scan directly to devices on your wireless network. For an ipad, you have to install the software for it (i forget the name), but it does work.

I'm sure that you can scan the pictures to your laptop, then email them to your iPad and save them to your camera roll. Hope this helps :)

printer software is only pc that I have seen. However if there is a compatible version for apple then ofcourse it will. I scan to my surface all the time.
