Works well, easy to set up. Great printer for the money. Reasonably fast. Uses the same ink cartridges as the Envy 4501 (HP61) I like this printer much better than the 4501

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my new printer did so many things. The scanner makes it easy to enter my documents into my computer. The copy portion has saved me money and time. No more running to the library to copy certificates and forms. When I use my ENVY 5530 and HP photo paper my Photos look very professional. Top Quality. The wireless aspect lets me print, no matter where I am.

This printer is perfect height to fit under the rear seat in my truck and is used as a mobile printer. It works very well , prints quickly and neatly no smudge. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered this printer a few weeks ago and when I finally opened it I was pleased to see that it came with everything needed and some picture paper which was cool. Unfortunately when I hooked everything up the printer said the scanner and copier might not work and that I should try restarting it. I've tried restarting it and many other ways to try and fix this stupid thing, but nothing is working. The printer function works great, but its still broken and the majority of this "all in one printer" is not functional. I'm not sure where along the process it got broken, but regardless it never should've made it here in this condition.

Horrible. Do you spinning circles of death? Then buy this printer. This thing just sits there and reads "Now Printing" with the spinning blue circle. Tried several times to contact HP and got zero response. Worked for a few days, then the problems started. Yes, I made sure I had the latest driver updates installed. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

I really like my new HP Envy 5530 wireless printer. It fits nicely in the spot I picked for it. I like how it functions. The copies are a good, crisp, deep color. It's quiet and very easy to use for printing or copying. It also seems like a good quality printer.

I love this machine! It's compact and does everything I need it to do. I haven't tried the fax aspect, and probably won't, as I scan and email everything. The copies are crisp and the color is nice. It's very fast, too. The menu is easy to understand, and you don't need a book to figure out the functions. I really like having a wireless device so I can print emails from my iPhone, when needed. I am very impressed with this device!

I was setting up a new household and wanted a simple and cost effective wireless printer, as I was converting my network to all wireless. I've always had HP printers and not had any problems, so this printer fit the bill. The price point was favorable and set up was easy, including adding it to my network. It's simple to operate and the print quality is good. Overall it meets my light to moderate printing needs.

Great printer. It's all you need for a home printer when using it for middle of the road on how much you use it. By middle of the road I don't mean it's a middle of the road printer as far as quality is concerned. I mean middle of the road for the amount of printing you actually do. Great for home use, not sure about an office setting, although I can see it working in a small business. Does any of what I just wrote make sense? Hope so. Quality of print is great!! Haven't printed pictures, although small pictures on prints I've made from recipes for an example have been superb quality. Easily set-up wirelessly with my Windows based computer, iPad Air 2 & my iPhone 4S & iphone 5C. In the end, this printer is a great buy for a small price.

At under $100, this printer had all of the features I needed for my small home office (print, copy & scan). The setup and installation was easy and straight forward; it took less than 15 minutes to go from unboxing to printing. Driver/software installation on Windows 8.1 was also easy and painless. This printer is adequate for low volume printing; the paper tray doesn't seem to hold very much. This printer is slightly louder than the 6 year old ink jet it replaces. On a positive note, the HP black and color combo pack of ink cartridges is cheaper than the Canon cartridges. The fit and finish of the printer is solid and it has a nice design. It does take up quite a bit of desktop space, especially when the paper tray is open and fully extended. Navigating the menus using the touchscreen is easy and intuitive. I also like the pre loaded "quick forms" for printing calendars and checklists. Pros: economical, easy setup, rich feature set Cons: loud and large

The hook-up and installation of this printer is easy. I especially like the ability to send print jobs from my computer, iPhone, or other devices from anywhere with the web accessibility feature of this printer. The wireless capability is definitely a plus too. For a smaller printer it is fairly fast and prints nicely. The picture quality is good too. The only issue I have had with this printer is loading photo paper which is smaller than 8X10. It is a little difficult to load and remove 4X6 photo paper into the paper tray.

This printer is a handy tool. I don't do a ton of printing but enough that I had to bite the bullet to get a printer. I wanted wireless to be able to print from my laptop and my phone. Both applications work very well. It seems to print a little bit faster from my phone, but I don't know if that is a result of the printer or my laptop. The scan to computer function is really nice. Being able to print on both sides of the paper so very easily is outstanding and surprising as well. Getting it set up, especially connected to my network was fast and painless. The paper tray pulls out to be able to load paper and then slides back in. It also closes all the way up so there is less of a footprint. It fits really well is the small space I had for it.

I purchased this printer after seeing an in store demo. I love how easy this printer is to use. And with it being so light weight I can easily move it from room to room. I connected the wireless feature and was concerned that I would have to reinstall the codes all over again after I turned it off and restarted it. But to my surprise it auto connected! That feature alone is worth choosing this printer for. I have another printer "Epson" sitting in a closet because I was not able to get it to reconnect to the wireless. Instead of fighting over and over I opted to repurchase another printer. This printer is so easy to use and offers quality printing.

After reviewing & discussing the HP Envy 5530 w/the very knowledgable store person I bought it as a replacement for my old HP, and brought it home the same day. Simple enough for me to connect wirelessly. Great printing both sides without manually flipping the page. Very good w/ pictures. A bit slower than my old one, but a lot quieter. Excellent price on sale. I am more than happy with this printer.

    HP-Envy 5530, increased functionality

The HP-Evny 5530 e-all-in-one is very easy to install, in-fact, it practically installs itself. Upon start-up, it walks you through removing the packing tape and inserting your free ink cartridges, then it connects to your local wifi network through the color touch screen. This stylish printer is fully supported by both Mac and Windows, and has a wide range of apps available for Android and iPhone mobile devices for increased functionality. I had given up on home/office printers, and this little gem changed my POV.

This printer has been perfect the instructions walk you right through the set up and was pretty easy to get it running. It prints, scans, copies, and even has a spot for a SD card if you want that. It is wireless also which gives it another added benefit. You can use it wireless or you can hook it up like a normal printer so it works as both.
