• purchased mine on 9/28/16 at HP website with consultation from HP on phone. They were very helpful and saved me $250 due to it being on sale, this was something I knew nothing about. I also purchased 3 ye extended warranty after research. Their warranty is less expensive than BB and covers accidental damage and tech support.

• I ordered directly online @ best buy....every store i went to read sold out. Plus best buy shipped to my house in 3 days

• I have seen it in every Best Buy store I have been in to over that last two weeks (four in total), so check your Best Buy, it is probably there.
