Cobey, This laptop is available now (as of July 2016). I bought mine through Best Buy (in the store) as a special order in June 2016 because I wanted the ash gold highlights rather than the silver color, and it arrived at their store in less than a week. I absolutely love it with the exception of getting used to Windows 10, but the computer itself is AWESOME!
