Text is itty bitty! How to change? I found one setting that said to change icons and fonts to large, and did that, but even with reading glasses the font in most things, like Adobe Bridge, are exceptionally tiny! How can I change fonts to large? Massive headaches from eye strain!

First check that you have a scale of 200% (right click on desktop - Display settings - drag the slider till 200%)
on the left there is "Advanced sizing of text and other items" can try it too
For adobe programs there is the feature in new versions for high resolution monitors it will also scale up the User Interface to 200%

Try using the zoom at the top right of the Microsoft edge browser
