Q: Does this laptop support Windows Hello feature?
A: No, the computer must have a fingerprint reader to use Windows Hello.
A: No, it comes with 8GB soldered to the motherboard and memory can't be upgraded.
Q: Is this reall the Ash Silver color?
A: I purchased the Ash Silver color but it is more of a bronze, copper, or chocolate color. I happen to like the bronze/copper/chocolate color but HP should have really given this a different name to describe the color as it is quite misleading.
Q: Text is itty bitty! How to change?
A: First check that you have a scale of 200% (right click on desktop - Display settings - drag the slider till 200%) on the left there is "Advanced sizing of text and other items" can try it too For adobe programs there is the feature in new versions for high resolution monitors it will also scale up the User Interface to 200%
Q: Is there any difference between this edition and the silver model 13-4105dx
A: I've had both, there is no difference.
Q: Spectre 360x or Envy 2-in-1 laptops
A: i think the power adapter is universal. it states 100-240 V think you need only socket adapter or another cable

A: Good question. A Wacom stylus will not work with this laptop. This laptop is compatible with the HP Active Stylus. I hope this helps.
